they haven't been able to deliver what i ordered - blamed it on Brexit - no date for when i might actually get what i ordered. i have received multiple things from Europe since 1st January - just cant understand why companies like this didn't prepare to be able to supply things. i could buy the same product on Amazon - but at time oforder i couldn't get the required quantity from Amazon - so ordered direct - big mistake i made as its now been 3 weeks and no idea when i will get what i ordered

I placed an order worth over £250 2 weeks ago and my card was debited immediately. Delivery was estimated to be 7-9 working days. The order was for Christmas fabrics to make gifts for my family. However, there's no sign of my order. I've tried calling - they are not taking calls. I've tried emailing - no response. I've tried messaging via Facebook - no response. Every avenue comes up against a brick wall and a message saying they are very busy due to the number of messages they are receiving. Perhaps if they stopped taking more orders than they can handle and provided better customer service, they wouldn't have so many customers trying to contact them!So there's no way to find out where my order is. The clock is ticking down to Christmas so I'm going to have to try to purchase what I need through another website and claim the money back from my credit card for non-delivery of goods.I've used this shop before without any issues but I will not be using it again.

Fabulous choice of fabrics, daughter found the one she wanted for outdoor cushions, sample came very quickly and I’ll be ordering as soon as I know how much fabric is needed. Delighted, thank you

I have ordered from Myfabrics before without any issues, but was a bit hesitant this time, having read some bad reviews. I decided to go ahead as I couldn’t get my requirements from anywhere in the UK. I am very happy with my order, the delivery and ordering process.

Fabric finally arrived, placed order 11.1.21, zero customer service. Cancelled order gave Myfabrics 3 weeks to issue a refund, after this date I was going to claim through Paypal. Fabric arrived with no notification had to look on delivery site to see it was in transit and arrived today without notification.I have been a Myfabrics customer for a number of years, knew they were based in Germany because I always look up a website contact address and the co.uk website was just for processing orders from different countries.I placed an order for Christmas in November and it took 3 weeks to arrive and I had to ring the delivery company who claimed they tried to delivery at 9am, which was a lie. Never had to do that before and realised they were using a new delivery company, which were rubbish and Myfabrics have been caught with their pants down. Both delivery and fabric company had not stepped up their game for Brexit.Whilst I had cancelled my order, I placed an order with Minerva for the first time. Yes they delivered in a week for similar cotton jersey a third more expensive per metre one colour was of a reasonable quality the other piece bared no resemblance to the other and had a hole in the fabric also was totally sheer.Myfabrics parcel opened this morning, fabulous quality cotton jerseys and a third cheaper.Come on Myfabrics get your act together, change your deliver company so we have faith when ordering fabrics.My next order will be placed in the summer hopefully by then teething problems sorted.

I have placed 4 orders previously which have all taken 1-2 months to arrive but I have seen past that because the quality and price of the fabric is lovely. However, I am very annoyed now because it’s been 2 months and I haven’t even received an email response to say what is happening with my order. Maybe the people working on social media should help out with the customer services because it is very very poor. Worst customer service I have EVER dealt with (send an email asking about my last order and didn’t get a response for over a month and it was automated). I understand that with brexit timings for orders will be delayed but this should not affect customer service.

I still have not received my order. I have emailed twice but no response. They have taken the money from my bank. Will not use this site again!

Don’t use this company at the moment. I ordered mid December. My order was marked as despatched to GLS on 09/01 but to date GLS has not received it. Since GLS is a German courrier company I can’t see how Brexit can be used as an excuse. There is only an automated response to emails, no one answers my queries it just goes into a black hole.

Do not use this company! Appalling customer service. Only automated replies to emails. They have taken my money but not delivered the goods. Their website gives the impression they trade from the UK when in fact they are German.

Used to be a great company with lovely fabrics and fast shipping. Now they lie about having shipped orders, it takes weeks and weeks for shipping to happen, and they don’t answer any messages at all. I have been more than polite and understanding with them, yet I have still received no replies regarding missing fabric, and I’m thinking my “shipped” order might not be arriving at this point. They originally blamed the pandemic for their issues, but almost a year later and they still haven’t either sorted out how to handle the business during this time or decided to stop taking peoples money until they can

Easy to order, delivery was longer than expected however was over holiday period and during pandemic. Wanted to check with company re order but found it difficult as no contact information available. Pleased with item when received, material was just what I wanted.

I actually ordered the larger Kandinsky circles as the smaller was out of stock on the website for the quantity that I wanted. The smaller circles were sent to me but fortunately I love them and it looks really good in our living room so I decided to keep it. The fabric is a wonderful thick tapestry of assorted colours. It looks fantastic against the stone on our fireplace, just enough colour without being in your face and such a range that the look of the room could easily be changed in the future by picking out different colours for accessories. The order arrived in good time and well packaged, but I've docked a star for getting the order wrong.
